A lifetime may not be long enough to attune ourselves fully to the harmony of the universe. But just to become aware that we can resonate with it -- that alone can be like waking up from a dream.

Lights Are Twinkley
Last evening, Shephard requested more pictures….Funny thing, I already had my camera and was heading out for some photo-ops.

Last night with Jim, I headed down to Westfield Shopping Center, near Market and Powell. This is a new shopping center – with Bloomingdales as it’s anchor – and quite a few kitchey stores!! The center of this shopping area, is the old Emporium’s dome. And, it’s just gorgeous!! They have it decorated with wreaths that are just ‘dripping’ with lights. The last shot is in the center, looking directly up.

We then traipsed up to Union Square to see the lights. On the way, in the corner window of Macy’s, the San Francisco SPCA had a window decorated. Actually, they have about 7 windows done – these shots are the corner window. During the day, kitties and puppies occupy the other windows, in the hopes of being adopted. There’s even a sign that indicates 166 adoptions to date. How nice!!!!

There’s a huge tree in the center of Union Square! Around the square, Macy’s and Saks were festively decorated.
